Place an order for a delicious grain finished beef quarter, half or whole. We have various butcher dates, please contact us for specific dates! These have been grained 90+ days and are big and delicious! You will be able to give your own cut and wrap instructions to the butcher with half or whole orders. Quarters are cut family style with 3-4 lb roasts, two 1" steaks per package, 1 lb burger and stew meat and similar sizes for all the rest.Your deposit holds your beef and butcher date. $3.95/lb hanging weight plus processing at the butcher. Once the beef is butchered and we have a hanging weight, you will pay separately for the remaining purchase price and processing fees.
Delivery
Pick up in Roseburg or Winston. Delivery available within Oregon, Northern California and Southern Washington for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote. We also offer Alaska Air Cargo at buyers expense.
If you are outside the Eugene, Roseburg, or Medford areas, please call prior to ordering in order to work out logistics.
