How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your PayPal account. Once you have successfully placed your order, we will contact you about pickup or delivery.
Do you charge sales tax?
By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to New York and Tennessee. The rate of tax will be determined by the exact delivery address and displayed when placing your order.
Delivery
Our butcher is Crystal Creek in Roseburg, OR. We can make deliveries and meet-ups in Springfield, Roseburg and Winston. Other meet-ups can be arranged. Door-to-door deliveries are available with an additional delivery fee. Contact us for delivery quotes.

About Our Products
We love providing top quality beef! All of our grain finished beef have been fed grain for over 90 days. Grass fed and finished beef have never had any grain fed to them. Our beef are grown without steroids, antibiotics or hormones and are treated humanely.
